Losing weight has become part of our daily lives--counting calories, exercising, cooking with healthier products.  We'll I've tried it all and I have loss 5 to 10 lbs in one month and I guess that's good, but not great!

Its a shame that children are being taken advantage of.  All adults from the age of 18 and up should have a sense of responsibility to protect children.  It doesn't matter if the child is yours or not. How about the safety of our children.  Lets Talk About It!

Bullying at Work

Many of you have experienced bullying at school while growing up. I'll admit it wasn't fun.  But now those bullies are all grown up and hold positions of authority such as Supervisors, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, etc.  Need I say more!
